1. Acceptance

By creating a DwellIQ account you agree to these terms and the linked Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter contracts in South Africa to use DwellIQ.

3. Account types

DwellIQ supports Tenant, Landlord, Contractor, Managing Agent and Admin roles. You may hold multiple roles and are responsible for the accuracy of each.

4. Verified relationships

Trust scores and reputation are derived from verified lease and job relationships. Fraudulent verification attempts will result in account suspension.

5. Payments & subscriptions

Subscription billing is processed by our payment partners. Plan changes apply immediately. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Maintenance & contractor marketplace

DwellIQ facilitates introductions between landlords/tenants and contractors. We are not a party to the maintenance contract and provide no warranty on contractor work.

7. Reviews & disputes

All ratings must be truthful and based on verified relationships. Disputed reviews are reviewed by our team; we may remove content that violates POPIA, defamation laws, or community guidelines.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DwellIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
