Refund Policy

1. Subscription refunds
DwellIQ offers monthly and annual subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Monthly plans: Full refund if requested within 7 days of the initial charge or renewal. No refunds for partial months after the 7-day window.
- Annual plans: Full refund if requested within 14 days of the initial charge or renewal. After 14 days, a prorated refund may be issued at our discretion for unused months.
2. How to request a refund
Email admin@dwelliq.co.za with your account email, invoice number, and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
3. Non-refundable items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Free-tier or complimentary usage credits
- One-time verification or screening fees already processed
- Any fees charged by third-party payment processors that are non-reversible
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of paid features after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
