2. How we use your information

We process your data lawfully under POPIA to operate the platform, verify identity, calculate trust scores, facilitate maintenance and bill subscriptions.

3. Consent

Screening uploads require your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time in Settings.

4. Sharing

We share data only with parties you authorise (e.g. landlord requesting screening) or as required by law. Service partners (insurance, fibre, moving) receive only the information needed to quote.

5. Storage

Data is stored on POPIA-compliant infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Documents are scoped to your user folder and inaccessible to other users.

6. Your rights

• Access a copy of your data

• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator

Request a data export or account deletion at any time from Settings → Privacy.
